Metatarsalgia Treatment in Orange County

Surgical Treatment of Metatarsalgia or Capsulitis
When conservative treatment has failed, there are surgical options. The surgery will shorten the metatarsal bone to change the pressure point area. If a tear in the capsule or plantar plate exists, that can be sutured back together. If a hammer-toe is present, that is usually straightened.
